What a difference a week makes

Last weekend we were in a snowstorm and ranting about how no one knows how to drive in the snow. This weekend, it got warm enough to get out in the yard without a jacket. Sun, blue sky, light wind -- it was just what we needed to rejuvenate and shake out some of the winter crazies.

Spring is coming back to our yard, and I took a few photos to prove it.

It felt good to get digging in the dirt again (although my aching muscles beg to differ). We got a few trees and bushes pruned, cleaned out our strawberry plants, and planted our blueberry bushes that we meant to plant last fall. Lisa also planted a few more pea seeds:
